Do Breast Enlargement Cream Products Work?

Every year women spend an extraordinary amount of money in an attempt to increase their breast size. While a trip to the plastic surgeon’s office is a guaranteed way to increase size, many women prefer to use breast enlargement cream or pill products as a less expensive and less invasive way to enhance their size. But do these breast enlargement creams and pills work?

The short answer is, probably not to any noticeable degree.

The size of a woman’s breasts are determined by a combination of adipose fat tissue and chest muscle over the rib cage. Breasts contain mammary glands which are divided in compartments and separated by fat tissue. How much fat seperates these mammary glands will determine the breast size. Genetics largely dictates breast composition.

Breast enlarging cream products commonly contain herbs or plants with estrogen-like compounds or compounds able to increase estrogen in the body. These phytoestrogens are chemicals found in certain plants that act like  hormone estrogen. A natural breast enlargement cream will likely have ingredients like Dong Quai, Saw Palmetto, fenugreek, fennel, wild yam and others.

Care should be exercised when using products that contain phytoestrogens at levels much higher than are naturally found in food. Because phytoestrogens can produce estrogen-like effects, the long-term use of products that contain phytoestrogens could increase the risk of breast cancer.

Flax seed, sesame seed and soy products contain the highest concentration of phytoestrogens. Multigrain bread, hummus, garlic and dried apricots and dates also contain an ample amount of phytoestrogens. The claim is that the phytoestrogen products in the cream will stimulate the growth of breast tissues. Estrogen is responsible for female body fat arrangement, particularly in the hips and the bust, and increased estrogen does triggers breast growth to a certain degree. The people who do notice an increase in the breast size commonly report slight changes that are not very noticeable.

In the market of natural breast enlargement you can find breast enhancement creams and breast enlargement pills. Breast enhancement pills usually contain similar ingredients as a breast enlargement cream. Consumers looking to purchase a breast enlargement cream need to do their research before buying a breast enlargement cream. Companies that make breast enhancers products – whether a breast enlargement cream or breast enhancing pills – often make wild claims and empty promises. It is highly unlikely that you would increase a cup size by using a breast enhancement cream. If you see breast augmentation photos that show a pronounced increase, chances are the photo is not of someone who used natural products.

Breast augmentation surgery, gaining weight and pregnancy are the only factors that will increase bust size that dramatically. How much does breast augmentation cost? Anywhere from $3,000 to $12,000, which is why many women flock to the $30 breast enhancement cream products instead but a less expensive cream is no bargain if it does not work. However, you can make your breasts appear bigger by wearing padded bras or bra inserts. All breast enhancements, whether you are having a TUBA breast augmentation, using a breast enlargement cream or buying push-up bras, will not be covered by insurance health plans.
