Hair Loss Remedies

An average person looses 50-100 hair strands in a day without noticing it. The strands falling off are the hair that has finished it’s resting phase which is about three to four months. While 10% is on the resting phase, the other 90% is in growing phase at any one time. The growing hair lengthens for 1 centimeter every month during this phase.
